Dr. James Forster:
Dr. James Forster graduated New York Chiropractic College in 1985 and is second generation to one of the originators of kinesiology. He treats patients in the New York area with a unique approach of integrated healthcare. By combining chiropractic with kinesiology and nutrition, he treats the patient as a whole being, rather than a symptomatic piece. This method enables him to find and correct the true cause of a problem and not treat symptoms, which are merely the effect. By teaching each patient about their ailment, the patient is able to make lifestyle changes that support the corrections, thereby eliminating the dependency on the doctor. He sees patients that span four generations. Dr. Forster's interests include tennis, snowboarding and music. He has been a drummer for the past thirteen years and in a band for the past six years. He believes it is important to have a hobby that is enjoyable and adds to the quality of life. Dr. Forster is a father of three. All of his children have been adjusted since they were minutes old and he has found a correlation between early healthcare and lifetime wellness. He has a large pediatric following and is a staff member of SPARKS (Serving Pre- and Post-Natal Families with Awareness Relief Knowledge and Support). Dr. Forster is a teaching continuing education seminars on Chiropractic, Kinesiology, Nutrition and Lab Diagnosis and lecturing on a post graduate level to chiropractors, medical doctors and acupuncturists
